We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

5. Are your plates microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes. All Platevora plates are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing for delicate or decorative designs to maintain their beauty longer.

6. What materials are your plates made from?

We use premium, food-grade materials including:

  • Porcelain

All materials are lead-free, cadmium-free, and safe for daily use.

7. Are the plates chip-resistant and durable?

Yes. Our plates are made with reinforced edges and high-quality firing processes to resist chipping and scratching during normal use.

8. What sizes do you offer?

We offer a full range of sizes:

  • Dessert / Salad plates (6–8 inches)
  • Standard dinner plates (9–11 inches)
  • Large serving platters (12–16 inches)

9. Are the plates suitable for both everyday and special occasions?

Yes. Our designs are versatile — elegant enough for dinner parties and practical enough for daily family meals.

10. Will the colors and patterns last?

Yes. We use high-temperature glazing so colors and patterns stay vibrant even after many washes.

11. Are the plates stackable?

Yes. Most designs are stackable, helping you save cabinet space while keeping your kitchen organized.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

13. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.

14. What if my plates arrive damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.

15. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
